What you'll do

As a Principal Software Engineer at Reddit, you will serve as the technical anchor for our ads product engineering efforts. You will lead initiatives that span various aspects of our ads portfolio, including Ad Formats, Ads Manager, Ads Safety, and Solutions Engineering. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction for the next 3-5 years, ensuring that our engineering practices evolve alongside our product offerings. You will also mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
