Amazon is hiring a Senior Customer Success Specialist to enhance enterprise contact center experiences through AWS Amazon Connect. You'll develop success plans and deliver technical workshops to drive customer engagement. This role requires expertise in AWS and customer success strategies.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technical environment — you've successfully partnered with enterprise customers to drive technology adoption and create business value. Your expertise in AWS solutions, particularly Amazon Connect, allows you to understand and address complex customer needs effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.

You are a strategic thinker who can develop customized success plans that align with customers' business objectives — you understand the importance of tailoring solutions to meet specific needs and have a proven track record of doing so. Your ability to design and deliver technical workshops demonstrates your commitment to customer enablement and your passion for helping others succeed.

You are proactive in monitoring customer health and identifying potential barriers to adoption — your analytical mindset allows you to gather insights and communicate them effectively to product development teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with partners to enhance customer engagement and drive meaningful technological adoption.

Desirable

Experience with enterprise contact center solutions or similar technologies is a plus — you understand the challenges and opportunities in this space and can leverage your knowledge to provide valuable insights. Familiarity with best practices documentation and implementation guides will help you create comprehensive resources for customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming enterprise contact center experiences through AWS Amazon Connect — you will collaborate with customers to develop tailored success strategies that align with their strategic business objectives. Your day-to-day activities will include designing and delivering technical workshops that accelerate technology adoption and empower customers to leverage AWS solutions effectively.

You will create comprehensive best practices documentation and implementation guides to support customer success — your attention to detail will ensure that these resources are valuable and actionable. Proactively monitoring customer health dashboards will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to address potential adoption barriers before they impact customer satisfaction.

Gathering and communicating critical customer insights to AWS product development teams will be essential — your ability to articulate customer needs will help shape the future of AWS offerings. You will work closely with partner teams to own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of key technology and consulting partners, ensuring that customers receive the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions.
