Senior Product Manager - Developer Platform

You have a proven track record as a Senior Product Manager, ideally with experience in developer platforms or related fields. You possess strong strategic thinking skills and can define a clear vision for product development while prioritizing reliability and modern standards. You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are data-driven and can leverage metrics to inform product decisions and drive improvements. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the developer ecosystem, and you are committed to creating a friction-free developer lifecycle.

Desirable

Experience with data platforms or cloud services is a plus, as is familiarity with API design and developer tools. A background in software engineering or a related technical field can enhance your understanding of the challenges developers face. What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager on the Developer Platform team at Snowflake, you will take autonomous ownership of a core portfolio of products that facilitate how external applications connect to and build upon the Data Cloud. You will define the strategy for our programmatic surface area, ensuring that as Snowflake’s capabilities grow, our developer ecosystem scales with it. You will work closely with engineering leadership to prioritize product features and enhancements that align with our vision of delivering an exceptional developer-first experience.

You will manage the foundational interfaces and connectivity tools that developers rely on, ensuring they are intuitive and reliable. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand developer needs and pain points, and you will use this information to inform product roadmaps and feature prioritization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, from initial concept through to launch and beyond, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and usability.

You will also be responsible for defining success metrics for your products and using data to track performance and inform future iterations. You will engage with the developer community to gather feedback and insights, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Your leadership will help shape the future of Snowflake’s Developer Platform, making a significant impact on how developers interact with our Data Cloud.
