You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working closely with local operations managers to optimize fleet performance. You possess a valid driver's license and are willing to engage in fieldwork to ensure operational efficiency. You are proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions to minimize vehicle downtime.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all administrative documents related to the fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are compliant with local regulations. You will conduct regular inspections of the vehicles and provide daily reports on their status. You will coordinate maintenance and repairs with fleet managers and workshops, aiming to reduce vehicle immobilization time. Additionally, you will handle insurance claims and ensure that all administrative documents are valid and up to date. You will also manage payments for any fines or penalties incurred by the fleet. Your role will involve monitoring the fleet's occupancy rates and identifying any mechanical issues that may arise.
