Overview

Fivetran is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to guide clients through a structured onboarding program for successful implementation of their data solutions. This role requires collaboration with technical teams and a focus on customer success.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer onboarding and success, ideally with experience in data solutions or technology services. You understand the importance of guiding customers through their initial setup and ensuring they achieve their goals with the product. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction. You are adaptable and can manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring each customer receives the attention they need to succeed. You are passionate about helping customers leverage technology to become data-driven organizations.

Desirable

Experience in a technical role or familiarity with data pipelines and data warehousing would be a plus. A background in project management or customer relationship management tools can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As a Customer Onboarding Manager at Fivetran, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' initial success with our data integration solutions. You will guide customers through a structured onboarding program, helping them understand how to implement and utilize Fivetran effectively. Collaborating closely with Solution Architects, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during their onboarding journey, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. You will also facilitate interactions between customers and our Product and Engineering teams, ensuring that customer feedback is communicated and considered in our development processes. Your role will involve coordinating with Fivetran’s Support and Escalation teams to resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding phase. You will be part of a multi-talented team that values collaboration and alignment, participating in internal business reviews to foster team cohesion and maintain strong personal connections.
