Overview

SecurityScorecard is seeking a Channel Account Manager to drive partnerships and enhance customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills and a focus on customer success.

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients is paramount, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork is essential. You are solutions-focused and customer-centric, embodying the values of resilience and adaptability. You understand the importance of cybersecurity in today's digital landscape and are eager to contribute to a company that is a leader in this field.

Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS is a plus, as is familiarity with risk management and compliance. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. A background in sales or business development would also be beneficial, as you will be expected to drive revenue through strategic partnerships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with channel partners, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance partner engagement and drive mutual growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting regular check-ins with partners, providing training on our products, and gathering feedback to improve our offerings. You will also analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

You will play a key role in onboarding new partners, guiding them through the initial setup process, and ensuring they are equipped to represent SecurityScorecard effectively. Additionally, you will participate in industry events and conferences to promote our brand and expand our network of partners. Your insights will help shape our partner program and contribute to the overall success of the company.
