Schonfeld is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support business leaders in translating objectives into effective people strategies. This role requires expertise in employee relations and workforce planning, with a focus on driving engagement and organizational change.
You are a strategic HR professional with extensive experience in Human Capital Management, ideally with over 5 years in a similar role. You have a proactive approach to business partnering, advising and supporting managers through employee relations matters and workforce planning. You are a trusted confidante to leadership teams, ensuring effective communication and fostering a positive work environment. You leverage people analytics to spot trends, quantify risks, and present actionable insights that influence people strategy. You are adept at driving engagement programs that elevate the employee experience and culture, and you partner with senior leaders in talent advisory to build succession plans and improve overall team performance.
Experience in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with international employee mobility processes, including visas and tax matters, would be advantageous. You are comfortable acting as an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating people-related needs. You have a strong understanding of performance improvement plans and cyclical HR processes, and you are skilled in headcount analysis and reporting.
In this role, you will drive organizational change and advise leaders on complex HR issues. You will own key Human Resources activities, which may include performance improvement plans, headcount analysis, and the end-to-end process management of employee leavers. You will collaborate with local partners to coordinate internal employee mobility and streamline internal processes. Your role will involve acting as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring that communication is effective and that the workplace culture is positive. You will also be responsible for facilitating team health diagnostics and improving overall team performance through strategic HR initiatives.
Schonfeld offers a competitive salary range of $175,000 to $250,000, along with other forms of compensation such as performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
