Overview

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles. Ideally, you possess 3 years of experience in sales within the technology or advertising industry, showcasing your ability to launch products in various markets. Your fluency in English is essential for this customer-facing role, allowing you to effectively communicate with local stakeholders. You excel in problem-solving and can derive insights from data, which is crucial for driving customer success. You are passionate about sales and knowledgeable about online media, demonstrating a commitment to maximizing customer outcomes. You act like an owner, moving swiftly through change and finding innovative ways to deliver extraordinary results for both Google and its customers.

What you'll do

As a Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Google's expanding product portfolio in the Southeast Asian market. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and other teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and adoption. Monitoring key performance indicators will be a critical part of your role, as you will drive continuous improvement in product adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
