HockeyStack is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide customers through onboarding and drive product adoption. You'll play a key role in ensuring customers realize value from HockeyStack's AI-driven solutions. This position requires experience in customer success and a strong understanding of B2B environments.
You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with experience in B2B environments. You understand the importance of customer engagement and are skilled at building relationships that foster trust and collaboration. You are adept at guiding customers through onboarding processes and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with the product. Your analytical mindset allows you to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that drive customer satisfaction and retention. You are a proactive communicator who can effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring that customers feel supported and informed throughout their journey.
Experience with AI-driven products or services is a plus, as is familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable adapting to changing customer needs. A background in data analysis or familiarity with analytics tools can enhance your ability to provide valuable insights to customers. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and are motivated by the impact your work has on their business outcomes.
In this role, you will own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to activation and ongoing support. You will work closely with customers to understand their goals and challenges, helping them unlock the full value of HockeyStack's solutions. Your responsibilities will include driving product adoption, ensuring customers achieve fast time-to-value, and identifying opportunities for growth within their accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to advocate for customer needs and contribute to product improvements. Regular check-ins and feedback sessions with customers will be essential to maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their ongoing success.
