Allica Bank is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and manage relationships in the bridging finance sector. You'll be responsible for originating and structuring finance applications while promoting the company's brand. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in finance.
You have a proven track record in business development, particularly within the finance sector, and understand the nuances of building and managing relationships with Introducers. Your experience includes originating and structuring finance applications, ensuring a smooth process from initial enquiry to completion. You thrive in networking environments and are comfortable attending industry events to promote your company's brand and identify new collaboration opportunities. You are detail-oriented, capable of writing credit papers in line with company policies, and enjoy working collaboratively with various stakeholder teams to ensure successful loan execution. You are adaptable and open to flexible working arrangements, understanding the importance of work-life balance.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of bridging finance Introducers in the Midlands. You will originate, structure, and progress bridging applications from Introducers and Borrowers, ensuring a seamless process from initial enquiry through to completion. You will attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote Allica Bank's brand and identify new opportunities for collaboration. Your role will involve writing credit papers in accordance with Allica's credit policy and appetite, working closely with various stakeholder teams to ensure smooth loan execution. You will play a key role in expanding the bank's presence in the bridging finance market, leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships and drive growth.
