In this role, you will be responsible for developing product strategies that enable innovative commerce experiences with Apple Pay — you will identify opportunities for growth and design solutions that meet the needs of users and partners alike. Leading a cross-functional team, you will execute the strategies you create, ensuring alignment across various departments and stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce business units, as well as engineering and human-interface teams — your role will involve guiding teams through complex projects, driving progress while maintaining a focus on the end-to-end user experience. You will work with external partners, including payment networks, issuers, and e-commerce merchants, to enhance the Apple Pay ecosystem and expand its reach.
Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand market needs, defining metrics for success, and coordinating go-to-market strategies — you will also be involved in A/B testing and competitive analysis to refine product offerings. As a product manager, you will own the roadmap for Apple Pay, balancing immediate needs with long-term strategic goals.
