DriveWealth is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer 2 to enhance the reliability and performance of their Brokerage-as-a-Service platform. This role involves managing technical challenges and system optimizations in a global operational environment.
You have a strong background in site reliability engineering, with experience in maintaining and optimizing complex systems. You understand the importance of reliability and performance in a financial technology context, and you are proactive in addressing technical challenges. Experience with API-based platforms and a solid understanding of financial services will be advantageous. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and monitoring tools is also a plus, as is a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
In this role, you will support the Site Reliability Engineering team in enhancing the reliability and performance of the Brokerage-as-a-Service platform. You will be involved in critical 7/24 operations, ensuring that systems are optimized for performance and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges, implementing solutions that align with global operational strategies. Your work will directly impact the user experience, enabling seamless investing and trading experiences for clients worldwide.
You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices in site reliability engineering. You will engage in incident management, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of tools and processes that enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
