You have 5+ years of experience in finance, particularly in financial planning and analysis, with a strong focus on technology-related expenditures. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to develop sophisticated financial models that inform strategic decisions. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, particularly with Engineering, to track and validate cost-saving initiatives. You have a proven track record of conducting variance analysis and developing reporting packages that highlight trends impacting the P&L. Your experience includes integrating spend into budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial visibility for leadership.
Experience in cloud hosting financial management is a plus, as is familiarity with strategic contract negotiations. You are adept at scenario analysis and can effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Your ability to develop cost optimization initiatives and ROI models will be invaluable in this role.
