You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the commercial real estate sector or technology sales. You excel at building relationships and understanding customer needs, which allows you to effectively contribute to sales targets and revenue performance. Your ability to analyze customer trends and market insights will be crucial in this role. You are results-driven and thrive in a competitive environment, consistently exceeding established metrics. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. You are adaptable and open to learning, ready to embrace the innovative solutions that Crexi offers to its users.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive on the Intelligence sales team, you will own and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. You will develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve these sales targets while expanding your client base. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and nurturing relationships to drive sales. You will leverage Crexi's AI-powered platform to provide clients with smarter, more efficient solutions throughout the deal lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and marketing strategies. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and customer data to inform your sales strategies and improve performance.
