Overview

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage and drive growth with Global Systems Integrators in North America. You'll leverage your expertise in business development and relationship management to foster successful partnerships. This role requires a proven track record in managing GSI partnerships.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a successful track record of partnering with Global Systems Integrators (GSI) and possess the ability to set up GSI meetings with key business executives from day one. Your experience includes leading from the front as the main conduit for new logo and pipeline generation, driving business development for both Rubrik and its GSI partners. You excel in building lasting relationships of mutual value with GSI partners and sales teams, showcasing exemplary relationship-building skills.

You are adept at identifying GSI's top customers and executing interlock with the Rubrik sales organization for opportunity registration. Your ability to navigate and accelerate the partner’s adoption of product solutions and subsequent bookings is a key strength. You understand the GSI sales process and can validate paths to contract closure for accurate forecasting. Your experience includes working with OEMs and ISVs, such as NetApp, Microsoft, and AWS, to build a positive ecosystem.

Desirable

Experience in financial selling and business negotiations is highly valued. You are comfortable leading discussions and presentations that represent and present Rubrik and partner value propositions effectively. Your collaborative approach fosters a positive work environment, and you are committed to driving unprecedented growth with select Global Systems Integrators.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and drive growth with select Global Systems Integrators, focusing on business development and enablement. You will lead initiatives to establish and strengthen partnerships, ensuring that both Rubrik and its partners achieve profitable outcomes. Your responsibilities will include setting up meetings with key business executives and leading discussions that drive new logo and pipeline generation.

You will represent Rubrik in various capacities, presenting the value proposition to partners and ensuring that they understand the benefits of adopting Rubrik's solutions. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for collaboration and working closely with the sales organization to register opportunities effectively. You will also be responsible for forecasting and validating the GSI sales process, ensuring that all paths to contract closure are clear and achievable.

Your ability to build a positive ecosystem with OEMs and ISVs will be crucial in this role. You will work collaboratively with teams across Rubrik to ensure that the GSI partnerships are successful and that both parties benefit from the relationship. Your leadership will set the tone for a collaborative work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
