What you'll do

In this role, you will shape the vision for the Early Pay product, which allows customers to access their earnings in real-time. You will communicate your product vision, roadmap, and results to your team and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged. Leading a diverse team, you will drive the development of features that enhance the payment experience for customers. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the product meets user needs and aligns with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics, conducting user research, and iterating on product features based on feedback and data analysis.

You will also be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and beyond. This includes prioritizing features, coordinating with marketing for go-to-market strategies, and ensuring that the product evolves based on user feedback and market trends. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Earnin's offerings, making a significant impact on the financial flexibility of our community members.
