You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in technology or data solutions. You are a relentless self-starter who thrives on acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. Your ability to define and execute sales plans is complemented by your strong communication skills, enabling you to present complex solutions effectively. You understand the importance of collaboration and work seamlessly with Sales Engineers and Channel Partners to drive success. You are data-driven and can manage a sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring that you meet and exceed your quotas. As a Strategic Account Executive at Rubrik, you will take ownership of all elements of bookings growth in your assigned territory. You will define and execute sales plans to meet and exceed your quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities. Your role will involve developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, moving strategic transactions through the sales process. You will identify and close new opportunities for growth, working with a mix of mid-enterprise accounts. Presenting Rubrik's solutions within complex data center designs will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, and Channel Development teams to ensure that you have the resources needed to succeed. Daily pipeline generation will be crucial, and you will be expected to drive this effort consistently.
