Algolia is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the availability of their search products. You'll work with technologies like AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes to optimize performance at scale. This role requires experience in building and operating scalable architectures.
You have a solid background in Site Reliability Engineering, with experience in building and operating scalable architectures. You understand the importance of system availability and have a knack for problem-solving, always looking for pragmatic solutions to complex challenges. Your technical expertise includes working with cloud platforms like AWS, containerization tools such as Docker, and orchestration systems like Kubernetes. You are proficient in scripting and automation, particularly with Python, and have a good grasp of infrastructure as code using Terraform. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring others while also being open to learning from your peers. You are passionate about optimizing system performance and ensuring a seamless experience for users.
In this role, you will be part of the Fleet team, focusing on maintaining the availability of Algolia's search products.
