Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Business Development Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our sales team's performance and drive growth among unmanaged Amazon sellers.


Key job responsibilities
Design and implement data-driven prioritization frameworks to optimize sales team activities and resource allocation, ensuring maximum efficiency and impact.
Analyze seller behavior patterns and develop comprehensive strategies to increase adoption of key success drivers across unmanaged seller segments.
Create and maintain an efficient lead generation and distribution system to maximize conversion rates and seller acquisition.
Monitor and evaluate sales team performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at increasing seller engagement and platform adoption among unmanaged sellers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams (e.g., product, marketing, support) to identify growth opportunities and remove barriers for unmanaged sellers.
Use data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues in the unmanaged seller segment, and develop strategies to address them.
Present findings, strategies, and results to leadership, demonstrating the impact of initiatives on key business metrics.


About the team
The ESM (Existing Seller Management) Retention & Growth Team is dedicated to empowering and supporting unmanaged sellers throughout their journey in our marketplace. Our comprehensive approach combines data-driven insights with personalized support to help sellers maximize their potential and overcome challenges. Through strategic programs, educational resources, and direct account management, our team works to ensure sellers have the tools and guidance they need to build successful businesses on Amazon. We focus on driving growth, improving seller performance, and maintaining strong marketplace health while delivering exceptional support across all key aspects of selling on Amazon.
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
