You have 3+ years of experience in backend engineering, particularly with distributed systems — you've successfully designed and implemented scalable solutions that handle high traffic and complex integrations. Your expertise in Java and Spring is complemented by a solid understanding of system architecture and reliability principles. You thrive in environments where problem-solving is key, and you enjoy tackling challenges that require innovative thinking and collaboration.
You are familiar with Ads delivery systems and understand the nuances of integrating various components to ensure seamless operation — your experience has equipped you with the skills to optimize performance and reliability under pressure. You are a proactive communicator who enjoys working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers and designers to deliver impactful solutions.
Desirable
