What you'll do

In this role, you will design and launch Verkada's global technical certification and training program, reporting directly to the VP of Solutions Engineering. You will lead a team of technical content creators and trainers, ensuring that the content developed is not only informative but also engaging and practical. Your responsibilities will include architecting multiple certification tracks and developing hands-on labs that provide real-world experience to learners. You will write content, design labs, test exams, and run pilot programs to ensure the effectiveness of the training materials. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align the training programs with the company's goals and the needs of the learners. Your role will be pivotal in laying the foundation for a program that will scale globally, impacting tens of thousands of learners in the years to come. You will also be responsible for evaluating the success of the training programs and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
