What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a team responsible for maintaining the cloud infrastructure that supports AWS's global data center operations. You will lead efforts in hardware and network diagnostics, ensuring that your team is equipped to handle physical repairs and operational challenges. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to improve operational processes and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and career growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across AWS to uphold the highest standards for safety and security while optimizing costs for our customers. Participation in an on-call rotation will be required, ensuring that you and your team are available to address urgent operational issues as they arise.
