You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions — you've developed strong relationship management skills and understand the nuances of working with small to medium-sized businesses. Your proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau allows you to analyze data effectively and track key performance indicators. You excel in communication, establishing and maintaining proactive channels with partners through various mediums including email, phone, and face-to-face meetings. You are adept at upselling marketing products and have a keen understanding of how to grow revenue for your partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with operations and sales teams to ensure the success of your merchant partners. You are passionate about the mission of Uber Eats and act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring that partners feel supported and valued.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a book of business consisting of Uber Eats restaurant partners, focusing on post-sales activities to maximize retention and growth. You will establish and maintain communication channels with your merchant partners, ensuring they are informed and engaged with the platform. Your responsibilities will include upselling marketing products such as ads and promotions to help partners grow their revenue. You will build processes and standardize best practices within merchant success, ensuring that your territory operates efficiently. Tracking merchant KPIs and OKRs will be a key part of your role, allowing you to understand their success and identify opportunities for improvement. You will conduct regular business reviews with partners to discuss their performance and address any issues they may face. Additionally, you will excel in hands-on vendor management, training new merchants on features and products, and acting as a consultant to those with growth potential. Your role is critical in retaining high-value accounts and ensuring that new partners are successful on the platform.
