What you'll do

In this role, you will manage both new and existing programs, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects across multiple organizations. You will partner with other program managers to secure resources, define project scopes, and set priorities and milestones. Your responsibilities will include owning program communication, which involves driving decisions and escalating issues as needed. You will influence the design and development of strategic processes, working closely with program managers and business leaders to communicate critical business initiatives.

You will lead a team of support personnel, coordinating their efforts to launch new projects while maintaining a focus on timelines and budgets. Your role will require you to interface with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and reporting on outcomes.
