What you'll do

As the Finance Manager for Business Operations at Discord, you will own the end-to-end process of Weekly and Quarterly Business Reviews (WBR and QBR). This includes designing the agenda, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring timely execution of these critical business rhythms. You will work closely with executives to surface key insights and drive accountability through clear business narratives. Your role will involve analyzing data trends and providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership, helping to shape Discord's strategic direction.

You will also be responsible for continuously improving the business review processes, ensuring they remain relevant and effective in meeting the needs of the organization. This will require you to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business operations and finance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability across the organization.
