Carvana is seeking an Experienced Automotive Painter to join their team in Akron, NY. You'll be responsible for matching and mixing paint colors and using water-based paint in a high-tech environment. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. You are skilled in using water-based paint and are familiar with working in paint booths, ensuring high-quality finishes on vehicles. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results make you a valuable addition to our team.

As an Experienced Automotive Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, including cleaning and masking areas that should not be painted. You will mix and match paint colors to ensure a perfect match for each vehicle, utilizing your expertise to achieve a flawless finish. You will operate state-of-the-art tools and equipment in our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall quality of our vehicles.
You will work closely with other team members to ensure that vehicles are painted efficiently and to the highest standards. Your role will involve maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition. You will also participate in training programs to enhance your skills and keep up with industry advancements.
