Overview

Formlabs is seeking a Technical Sales Executive to support customers in the EMEA region from their Berlin office. You'll be responsible for building relationships with customers and closing sales opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer service focus.

Who you are

You are a tech-savvy professional with a strong customer service focus and the ability to build positive relationships with clients. You have experience in sales and are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with weekly on-site expectations in Berlin. Your persistence and passion for technology drive you to help customers with their sales or service-related questions. You are fluent in French and have the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients across the EMEA region.

Desirable

Experience in the 3D printing industry or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with technical sales processes and a background in engineering or technology will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and open to relocation, as this position offers support for EU citizens or candidates with a valid EU work permit.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for quickly responding to prospective customers and creating outreach strategies to identify and close sales opportunities. You will work primarily on inbound leads, which means you will not be required to make cold calls. Your goal is to drive user acquisition and activation by effectively communicating the value of Formlabs' 3D printing technology to potential clients. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

You will also participate in training sessions to deepen your understanding of Formlabs' products and services, ensuring you can provide accurate information to customers. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to address their needs and concerns, helping them navigate the sales process smoothly. You will track your sales activities and report on your progress to the management team, contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
