Overview

SpaceX is seeking a Sales Operations Manager for their Global Starlink Enterprise Sales team. You'll empower sellers and channel resellers by providing tools, training, and insights to enhance performance. This role requires strong operational skills and strategic vision.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales operations, ideally with experience in technology or telecommunications. You understand the intricacies of sales enablement and have a strategic mindset that allows you to align sales teams and channel partners effectively. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights is complemented by your strong communication skills, enabling you to influence cross-functional teams and drive results. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

You possess a deep understanding of sales methodologies and have experience in developing training programs that enhance seller performance. Your operational excellence is evident in your ability to create structured playbooks and onboarding processes that facilitate quick ramp-up times for new hires. You are results-driven and have a knack for identifying areas for improvement within sales processes, making you a valuable asset to any sales organization.

Desirable

Experience in the aerospace or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with channel sales strategies. You may have a background in project management or have worked closely with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies. What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement impactful sales enablement programs that connect Starlink’s technology to customer value. You will work closely with sales teams and channel resellers to ensure they have the tools and training necessary to succeed. Your responsibilities will include developing structured onboarding processes, creating playbooks, and aligning messaging across teams to ensure consistency and clarity in communication.

You will analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, using these insights to drive measurable enhancements in pipeline generation and deal execution. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that sales enablement is a strategic advantage for the organization, focusing on maximizing productivity and quota attainment.

Your role will also involve partnering with marketing and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure that all customer-facing teams are equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organization, encouraging feedback and collaboration to enhance overall performance.
