Amplitude is seeking a Senior Customer Success Architect to deliver innovative solutions to customers. You'll leverage your expertise in digital analytics and customer success strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to drive product adoption.
You have a proven track record in customer success, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technical role that involves working closely with clients to ensure they derive maximum value from the product. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform your strategies and decisions. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers. You are passionate about technology and have a deep understanding of digital analytics platforms, particularly Amplitude. You are committed to fostering an inclusive environment and believe that diverse teams lead to better solutions.
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with product management principles. You may have worked with various analytics tools and have a keen interest in how data can drive product improvements and customer satisfaction. A background in project management or experience leading customer-facing initiatives would also be beneficial.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their journey with Amplitude, ensuring they are effectively utilizing the platform to meet their business goals. You will conduct onboarding sessions, provide training, and offer ongoing support to help customers maximize their use of the product. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform product usage and drive engagement. Collaborating with the product team, you will relay customer feedback to help shape future product developments. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate.
