Justworks is seeking a Demand Generation Strategist to lead integrated campaigns that drive new demand and bookings. You'll be responsible for campaign execution and performance measurement. This role requires a strategic mindset and experience in marketing.

As the Demand Generation Strategist, you will own the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns. This includes developing campaign strategies, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that all elements of the campaign are aligned and executed on time. You will be responsible for synthesizing strategies into cohesive multi-channel journeys that resonate with target audiences. Measuring performance against funnel targets will be a key part of your role, as you will champion a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimize campaigns. You will collaborate closely with Revenue partners to drive pipeline and bookings, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives. Your role will also involve staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform your strategies and tactics.
