Google is seeking a Product Manager II for GKE AI and Data Storage to guide technical products from conception to launch. You'll work with AI infrastructure, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies. This role requires 5+ years of product management experience.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. You have a proven track record of taking technical products from conception to launch, demonstrating your ability to manage projects end-to-end. Your experience in the DevOps space has equipped you with the skills necessary to navigate complex technical environments. A Master's degree in a technology or business-related field is preferred, along with 3 years of experience in building and shipping technical products. You possess 2 years of experience in AI infrastructure, showcasing your knowledge of cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and AI inference. As an excellent communicator, you can distill complex insights for consumption by customers, executives, sales, and engineering teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to work on products that impact millions of users.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch, connecting the technical and business worlds. You will break down complex problems into actionable steps that drive product development. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring products through customer engagement and go-to-market strategies, specifically focused on channels for AI infrastructure. You will build partnerships with the ecosystem to define AI infrastructure standards and primitives, ensuring that data and storage pathways are well-lit in various frameworks. Staying updated on the latest research, you will propose new optimizations to accelerate the transition from research to product, ensuring that Google remains at the forefront of innovation in AI and data storage.
