Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs that are both beautiful and functional. You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to deliver high-quality work that meets user needs. Your expertise in design tools, particularly Figma, allows you to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your vision. You understand the importance of user research and testing, and you are skilled at incorporating feedback into your design process. You are passionate about health and wellness, and you believe in the power of design to improve people's lives. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing your time and priorities effectively.

Desirable

Experience in the health tech industry or familiarity with lab testing and diagnostics would be a plus. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in user experience design is also desirable. What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Everlywell, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our at-home lab testing services. You will collaborate closely with product managers to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions that enhance the overall experience. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will work with engineers to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and effectively, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the development process. You will also participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the design team.
