PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive sales revenue by developing and executing strategic plans with key hospital Integrated Delivery Networks. This role requires strong sales acumen and experience in managing capital sales processes.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets. Your experience includes developing and implementing strategic plans that align with organizational goals, particularly in the healthcare or medical device sectors. You understand the complexities of working with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and have a knack for building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You are results-driven and thrive in environments where you can make a significant impact on patient care through innovative solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey the value of products and services to diverse audiences. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry, always keeping the patient at the forefront of your efforts.
Experience in the medical device industry or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with surgical robotics or treatment options for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) would be advantageous.
