What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the global revenue close function, ensuring that all revenue is recognized accurately and timely across multiple products and regions. You will own the execution of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and predictability. Your leadership will establish and maintain global revenue close standards, ensuring that all teams adhere to best practices.

You will design and operate a scalable revenue accounting model that supports the company's growth trajectory. This includes managing subscription and consumption-based revenue streams and addressing the complexities of multi-element arrangements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.

Your role will also involve strengthening internal controls and ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and other relevant accounting policies. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining SLAs and escalation frameworks to address any issues that arise during the revenue close process. Your ability to lead and motivate a globally distributed team will be crucial in achieving success in this high-velocity environment.
