Desirable

Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Snowflake, is a significant advantage. Familiarity with technical selling strategies and customer engagement in a sales organization will enhance your effectiveness in this position. A background in working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) is also beneficial.

What you'll do

As the Director of Solutions Engineering, you will lead a team of solution engineers who work directly with top customers in India. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze customer needs and recommend the right technical solutions that align with their business goals. You will oversee the architectural design of these solutions and identify any technical gaps that need to be addressed. Your team will also focus on building awareness and technical capability on Snowflake among customers. You will participate in various Snowflake events, conducting technical presentations and discussions to showcase the value of your solutions. Additionally, you will develop and implement technical selling strategies to support revenue growth and consumption quotas.
