Amazon is hiring a MFG Production Tech III to support additive manufacturing operations in Seattle. You'll manage machine turnover, parts cleaning, and post-processing while adhering to safety protocols. This position requires 1+ years of hands-on experience in additive manufacturing and light assembly work.
You have at least 1+ years of hands-on experience working on additive parts related to consumer products, engineering parts, and prototype design. Your background includes conducting light assembly work, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and a commitment to world-class quality. You possess a mechanical aptitude for resolving issues as they arise and have a proven ability to read and work through prints and 3D models. Your experience includes using hand tools that require fine detailed work for over 5 years, and you have vocational or technical training in digital manufacturing. You are resourceful and have a record of accomplishment from your previous assignments. You are a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
In this role, you will support additive manufacturing operations in a light manufacturing facility. You will manage machine turnover, parts cleaning, and post-processing by following daily work orders and work instructions. Your responsibilities will include completing daily work, following all safety protocols and training, reporting and escalating incidents, and meeting export control requirements where specified. You will report to a production supervisor and be expected to support your shift and overtime as necessary. Your contributions will help maintain a culture of inclusion and positive professional relationships within the team.
