HubSpot is seeking a Contract Manager to handle customer contracts and ensure a superb customer experience. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams and customers to drive account growth. Fluency in English and German is required for this role.
You are fluent in both English and German, bringing strong negotiation or sales experience to the table. You have a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and a knack for problem-solving with curiosity and creativity. You understand the importance of multiple perspectives in any situation, which helps you navigate complex customer interactions effectively.
Your background includes experience in account management or a related field, where you've successfully handled customer inquiries and contract renewals. You thrive in a results-driven environment and are motivated by maximizing customer investment with HubSpot. You are comfortable leading customer calls and establishing cooperative working relationships with clients.
Experience in a customer-focused role is a plus, as is familiarity with contract management processes. You are proactive in seeking feedback and are open to piloting new processes that contribute to the growth of the Contract Management Organization.
As a Contract Manager at HubSpot, you will be responsible for managing all assigned customer contracts, ensuring accurate resolution of inquiries and execution of renewals. You will negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes while maintaining a focus on delivering a superb customer experience. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Management to execute the contract renewal process effectively.
You will lead a substantial number of customer calls each month, approximately 42, to discuss contract details and foster relationships. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be key in driving incremental opportunities for account growth. You will also participate in forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews with internal colleagues, contributing valuable insights to the team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and pilot new processes and playbooks that enhance the efficiency of the Contract Management Organization. Your contributions will help shape the way HubSpot manages customer contracts and relationships, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders involved.
