About the Role: As Senior Manager of International Construction Safety Assurance, you'll lead a team of six regional safety professionals to establish and maintain industry-leading safety standards across Amazon's global construction portfolio. You'll shape our safety culture by developing innovative assurance programs, driving digital transformation through our BOLT safety management system, and fostering a data-driven approach to risk management. This role offers the unique opportunity to influence safety practices at scale while working with diverse stakeholders across Design & Construction, Operations Engineering, Startup and Real Estate teams

A day in the life
Management of team of 6 UKI, AMET, LATAM, SEU and MEU and Program Manager. Providing field safety assurance to GES construction projects across all 3 miles and including design and construction, Ops Engineering and StartupBachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field
Proven track record of managing remote teams across multiple regions
Strong understanding of international construction safety regulations
Experience with digital safety management systems
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholdersFrench, German, Polish, Portuguese, Arabic, Turkish, Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications
