Venn is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the creation of exceptional products and user experiences in the B2B fintech space. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to shape the product roadmap. This role requires strong communication skills and a background in product management.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a fast-growing startup or fintech environment. You possess a strong blend of business insight, creative product thinking, and technical know-how, allowing you to drive the creation of exceptional products and user experiences. Your entrepreneurial spirit enables you to thrive in fast-moving environments, and you are comfortable being the first PM, shaping the role as the company scales. You are skilled at collaborating with diverse stakeholders and large cross-functional teams, ensuring that all voices are heard in the product development process. Your clear and confident communication skills, both in writing and speaking, allow you to articulate product vision and strategy effectively. You are data-driven, using experimentation and real customer feedback to continuously refine and evolve the product.
Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup is a plus, as is a background in fintech. You understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with building products in this space, and you are eager to leverage your experience to help Venn redefine the future of banking in Canada.
