Overview

Carvana is seeking an Auto Body Line Lead to manage and develop a team in their Inspection Center. You'll oversee production targets and ensure quality standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in automotive operations.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly production goals, which will require you to monitor performance metrics closely. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of your team, providing guidance and support as needed to help them achieve their targets.

You will engage with your team regularly to assess their performance and identify areas for improvement. This may involve conducting training sessions or one-on-one coaching to help associates develop their skills. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment, where team members feel valued and motivated to perform at their best.
