[Summer Internship 2026] Supply Operations Analytics Intern (RMO) (Bangkok Based)

The Supply GenAI team builds AI-powered assistants, automation, and insights to streamline commercial workflows for Agoda’s Supply organization - leveraging LLMs to turn raw data into actionable intelligence so that Hotel Account Managers (AMs) can focus on higher‑value work and impact.  We operate at the intersection of engineering, analytics, and AI, delivering production systems and user‑centric solutions with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes. We design and run a GenAI platform anchored on ELSA (our AI assistant) with supporting API services, integrated with MS Teams, Slack, our CRM, and other internal systems to help AMs with daily priorities, meeting preparation, hotel pricing investigations, follow‑ups, and escalations - while expanding toward outbound automation and personalized partner communications.

The opportunity: 

In our team, interns help turn business problems into simple AI‑powered solutions: they prototype features, connect data to usable tools, evaluate and improve AI output quality, and write clear how‑to guides so others can adopt their work. They work end‑to‑end on small but meaningful projects -scoping the need, building, testing with users, and shipping improvements - with a focus on measurable impact.

In this role, you'll get to create features like: 

• Automated brief generators that compile relevant data and produce a clear one‑page meeting summary with key insights and next steps.
• Lightweight data services (scripts or APIs) that answer common questions and export clean tables for LLM consumption.
• AI quality toolkits that check response accuracy, clarity, and cost, with dashboards to track improvements over time.
• Smart email triage that reads incoming requests, classifies them, and suggests the right routing and a first‑draft reply.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.
• Available to participate in the internship program from 25th of May to 31st July 2026 (10-week program)
• Proficiency in Programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript)
• Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms
• Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong numerical acumen
• Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment

It's great if you have: 

• Proficiency in Web development (e.g., HTML, CSS, React, Angular)
