Nebius AI is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the Nordics & Benelux region to design and execute impactful campaigns that drive customer acquisition. You'll collaborate with sales and partner teams, focusing on engaging technical audiences in the AI/ML ecosystem.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in field marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Your expertise lies in understanding the nuances of the Nordics and Benelux markets, allowing you to tailor strategies that resonate with local audiences. You are adept at collaborating with sales teams and have a strong ability to engage technical audiences, positioning brands as thought leaders in the AI community.

Your experience includes managing multi-channel campaigns that encompass PR, digital marketing, social media, and events. You thrive in environments where you can leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts. You are a creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new ideas and approaches to capture customer interest and drive engagement.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders effectively. Your ability to localize content and adapt messaging for different audiences is a key strength. You are also comfortable working in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.

Desirable

Experience in the AI/ML sector is a plus, as is familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. You may have a background in working with technology companies or startups, which gives you insight into the challenges and opportunities in the tech landscape.
