Product Owner - Cloud Storage

Who you are

You have experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a technology-focused environment, where you've successfully managed product backlogs and collaborated with cross-functional teams. You understand the importance of aligning product vision with stakeholder needs and can effectively communicate priorities to your team. Your ability to motivate and guide a team is complemented by your strong relationship-building skills, allowing you to navigate dependencies across departments seamlessly.

You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and appreciate the value of independence and entrepreneurship in your role. You thrive in informal and relaxed atmospheres, which foster creativity and innovation. Your experience in refining complex initiatives into Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) demonstrates your strategic thinking and ability to iterate based on user feedback.

Desirable

Experience in cloud storage or related technologies would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile methodologies and scrum practices. You are proactive in seeking opportunities for growth and improvement within your team and the products you manage.

What you'll do

As a Product Owner at Leaseweb, you will be responsible for the Cloud and internal Storage products, maintaining and driving the team’s backlog while making tactical decisions on priorities. You will work closely with Product Managers to define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Your role will involve refining complex initiatives into MVPs and iterating on them based on stakeholder feedback.

You will motivate your team by providing clear direction and articulating the rationale behind product decisions. Managing dependencies across different departments will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you find the right balance between new feature development, customer deliveries, and platform maintenance. You will lead the cycles of the Storage roadmap releases, ensuring timely and effective delivery of product updates.
