What you'll do

As a Customer Experience Associate at Rain, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues related to our products and services. You will work closely with the CX Team Lead and other cross-functional partners in Operations, Compliance, and Product to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely support. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and providing them with the information they require to feel confident using our services. You will help redefine how stablecoins are utilized in everyday financial transactions, contributing to a mission-driven team focused on accuracy and transparency. You will also participate in team summits and off-sites, fostering relationships and building a strong team culture.
