You are a Technical Account Manager with a strong technical background and a passion for customer success. You have experience interfacing with clients and providing white-glove support, ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform. Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you thrive in a detail-oriented environment where you can think creatively to solve problems. You possess a solid understanding of web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, which allows you to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders. You hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and you are eager to teach new customers about the platform. Your experience in a SaaS environment, particularly with tools like JIRA, Zendesk, and Salesforce, sets you apart as a candidate who can excel in this role.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Contentsquare, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our marquee customers in the EMEA region. You will manage complex projects and ensure that clients are fully engaged with our experience intelligence platform.
