You have over 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management — you've consistently exceeded sales or growth targets and understand the nuances of building strong client relationships. Your communication and presentation skills in Japanese are strong, allowing you to effectively engage with merchants and stakeholders. You possess a data-driven mindset with robust analytical skills, enabling you to analyze merchant performance data and develop tailored growth strategies. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, demonstrating agility and boldness in your approach to delivering results. Additionally, your fluency in English is a valuable asset in a diverse workplace.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and manage relationships with merchants to drive business growth — your focus will be on ensuring high levels of merchant satisfaction through effective communication and support. You will analyze merchant performance data to identify trends and develop tailored growth strategies that align with business goals.
