Contentful is seeking a Field Enablement Program Manager to drive field readiness through impactful enablement initiatives. You'll collaborate with Sales and other teams to enhance performance and support revenue growth. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in Enablement or Program Management.
You have 3–5 years of experience in Enablement, Program Management, Sales, or Customer Experience roles — you understand the intricacies of Go-To-Market processes and can effectively partner with Sales teams to drive results. Your background equips you with a solid understanding of key Sales roles and the metrics that matter for success in a revenue-focused environment.
You are skilled in designing and delivering structured enablement programs — your experience allows you to tailor initiatives that empower various roles within the organization, including Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Experience, and Partner Management. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve company-wide enablement goals.
Your analytical mindset enables you to utilize KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops to optimize enablement outcomes — you are comfortable measuring performance and making data-driven decisions to enhance the effectiveness of training programs. You are also adept at facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to excel.
You possess strong communication and leadership skills — your ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders fosters a culture of continuous improvement and learning. You are passionate about driving field readiness and supporting strong leadership across both pre- and post-sales activities.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-impact Enablement team is a plus — you understand the importance of agility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment. Familiarity with Sales Readiness tools and content management best practices will further enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team.
