You have a strong background in leading technical teams, with experience in managing Partner Solution Engineers who work closely with System Integrator partners. Your leadership style emphasizes collaboration and innovation, driving your team to achieve technical wins and successful implementations. You understand the importance of aligning technical solutions with business goals, ensuring that your team addresses architecture gaps and meets critical non-functional requirements such as performance and reliability.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to foster relationships with partners is key to ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-value, scalable solutions. You are results-driven, focusing on driving Total Annual Contract Value (TACV) and consumption through effective partner engagement.

Desirable

Experience in cloud technologies and data solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the Snowflake platform. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of a fast-paced environment and are eager to push the pace of innovation within your team and the broader organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Partner Solution Engineers, guiding them in their interactions with strategic System Integrator partners. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team effectively implements Snowflake solutions that align with the business objectives of our partners. This involves driving complex use cases toward technical wins and successful implementations, while also addressing any architecture gaps that may arise.

You will work closely with your team to ensure that partner-led solutions meet critical non-functional requirements, such as performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving both TACV and consumption, as you equip partners with the tools and knowledge they need to deliver high-value solutions.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with various internal teams to ensure that the solutions provided by your team align with Snowflake's overall strategy and goals. You will also be involved in mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
