Nextech is seeking a Senior Product Operations Lead to enhance product development processes and ensure alignment across teams. This role requires a strong understanding of product management and operational efficiency.
You have a strong background in product operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the intricacies of product management and are adept at identifying process breakdowns and implementing solutions. Your critical thinking skills enable you to analyze workflows and optimize them for better efficiency. You are driven to provide cross-functional partners with the tools and insights they need to create great products and achieve business outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working closely with data and operational experts to drive data-driven decision-making. You are committed to a customer-centric approach and understand the importance of measuring success in product development.
Experience in healthcare technology is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance standards such as HIPAA. You may also have a background in software engineering, finance, or customer support, which can enhance your understanding of the various stakeholders involved in product operations.
As the Senior Product Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development processes. You will work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and optimize workflows.
