Rubrik is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive bookings growth in new and existing accounts across West India. You'll focus on acquiring new logos and managing sales pipelines. This role requires strong sales acumen and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management. You are a relentless self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and is focused on achieving and exceeding sales quotas. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is paramount, as you will be responsible for managing both new and existing accounts. You understand the importance of pipeline generation and are skilled at executing account strategies that lead to successful outcomes.
You are comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers and Channel Partners, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively. You are data-driven and use analytics to inform your sales strategies and decisions, ensuring that you are always aligned with market needs and customer expectations.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly in data protection or cybersecurity, would be advantageous. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms is a plus, as is a background in managing mid-enterprise accounts. You are adaptable and open to learning, always seeking to improve your sales techniques and strategies.
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rubrik, you will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, focusing on both new customer acquisition and the expansion of existing accounts. You will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that you are moving strategic transactions through the sales process efficiently.
